Your licence

Sanctuary Mix: personal copy (about $29R499)

Licensed to one person. Keep the PDF and the planning spreadsheet on your own devices, and print from them as you need.

Sanctuary Mix: team licence (about $79R1 399)

Covers one local church's sound, worship and ministry team, and each of them may keep a copy. Share the PDF and the planning spreadsheet with everyone who serves in that church. It comes with Sanctuary Mix Training for that church: we set the church up when you buy, and email the buyer a leader link. Several campuses or churches in a network need one team licence for each congregation.

Licensed to one person.

Your name on every page

At checkout we ask who will use the copy and the name it's licensed to. That name (and your church's, on a team licence) is printed small at the foot of every page of the PDF you download. Nothing is locked: you can read it on any device and print it freely. The name simply shows whose copy it is, so please choose the licence that matches who will use it. If you chose the wrong one, write to support@sanctuarymix.com and we'll sort it out.

Printing

With any licence, print the printables (cheat sheets, flowcharts, checklists and worksheets) as often as your church needs for its own services. Every sheet carries the line "Licensed for printing within one local church."

What no licence allows

Reselling the guides, the printables or the spreadsheet, or including them in something you sell.
Sharing them beyond your licence: a personal copy with others, or a team licence outside your own church.
Posting them publicly, including on websites, shared drives open to the public and social media.

If someone else would benefit, point them to this site so they can get their own copy.

Give a copy (about $29R499)

When you give a copy, we hand a Sanctuary Mix team licence to a church plant in Africa through the missions networks we serve with. You don't receive a copy yourself, and the licence belongs to the church that receives it.

What you get

Digital files only: nothing is posted. Sanctuary Mix is an A4 PDF of 141 pages with 31 printables, plus an editable planning spreadsheet (Excel). Sanctuary Mix Essentials is an A4 PDF of 25 pages. The pages also print on US Letter paper with "fit to page".

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand, and every order is paid through PayFast: card, instant EFT or the other methods PayFast offers.
Paying from outside South Africa: PayFast shows the amount in US dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars before you pay. Dollar prices on this site are approximate. Your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee.
The rand price is the full price you pay. Fonck (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
There are no delivery costs.

Delivery

Straight after payment, by email: a download link that works for 7 days. Ask for a fresh link any time on the thank-you page. PayFast also emails you a receipt, which is your record of the transaction.

Refunds

If a guide doesn't help your team, email us within 30 days for a full refund. See the refund policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Security and privacy

Payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your card or bank details. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

The content

Sanctuary Mix teaches good practice for church sound, but it can't see your building. Mains power, electrical installation, rigging and hanging speakers should always be handled by qualified people. Gear, software and prices change quickly, so check current details before you buy anything the guide mentions. Product and company names are trademarks of their owners.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
