Our refund promise

How to ask

Write to support@sanctuarymix.com from the email address you bought with, or include your receipt. Tell us which guide it was. You don't have to give a reason, though we're always glad to hear how the guide could serve churches better.

What happens next

• The refund goes back through PayFast to the card or account you paid with. If you paid in another currency, your bank converts it back, so the amount may differ slightly.
• We process refunds within five working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• After a refund, please delete the files. Your licence ends with the refund.

Your rights

This promise is on top of your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and the consumer law of your own country. It doesn't take any of them away.
